Food is the reason to come back. The offer is planned across breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and supper, so a KADO MART is relevant at every daypart rather than only at the top-up moment.
- Breakfast meals, rice and noodle dishes
- Bento, ready meals and family meal bundles
- Fried, baked and steamed snacks, including roasted sweet potatoes
- Desserts, soft serve, coffee, tea and cold beverages
- GastroEatz smart cooking, warming and holding equipment behind the counter
Concept render, OADVKadoMart Retail: daily needs
The assortment is built for the surrounding blocks rather than to imitate a supermarket. High-frequency lines, adapted per outlet, on one central supply and one operating standard.
- Snacks, beverages and cooking ingredients
- Fresh produce, frozen food and ready-to-cook items
- Household, personal-care and baby-care products
- Pet essentials and community favourites
KadoHealth: healthier you, every day.
A digital health-and-wellness module powered by SSW Healthcare, operating within a compact footprint. All services and products remain subject to healthcare, pharmacy and product regulations, and prescription fulfilment runs through licensed partners.
- Permitted over-the-counter healthcare products
- Vitamins, wellness and first-aid products
- Health-monitoring devices and smart healthcare vending
- Digital consultation access
- Personal-care and baby-care products
- Fulfilment through licensed partners, subject to approvals

Every outlet can become a practical service point for the block. Each service is a fresh reason to walk in, and most of them earn a commission on the way past the shelves.
- Parcel collection, returns and smart lockers
- E-commerce order collection
- Bill payment and mobile top-ups
- Ticketing, printing and document services
Past the shelf space, and past closing time.
KadoOnline
An endless shelf, click-and-collect, and local fulfilment, so a small outlet can offer far more than it physically carries.
- Order 24 hours a day, in-store range and beyond
- Online-exclusive products, bundles and livestream offers
- Collection from a preferred KADO MART outlet
KadoLive
The same shop floor becomes a studio, so the customer base is no longer limited to the catchment around the door.
- Food launches, taste tests and cooking demonstrations
- Flash sales and livestream-exclusive bundles
- Supplier and brand product features
Smart hybrid operating model
Manned when it matters. Automated when it doesn't.
Peak hours
Staffed cashiering and customer service, food preparation and fulfilment, product recommendations, assisted access to the health and service modules, and community engagement.
Off-peak hours
Self-checkout, smart vending, smart fridges, QR ordering, automated food fulfilment, smart lockers, and selected extended or unmanned operation.
Technology should work quietly in the background, improving speed, visibility and productivity without making the shop harder to use. Planned trading hours for a community format are 10am to 10pm, extended by the unmanned modules.
