KADO MART Franchise opportunity

Conversion

Modernise the shop you already run.

A low-cost conversion path that keeps the useful assets, keeps the doors open and adds the KADO MART modules in the order that pays for the next one.

Keep what works. Add what earns.

KADO MART can be introduced progressively, to lower the initial investment and reduce disruption to a business that is already trading. Existing minimarts, convenience stores and F&B operators keep the assets that still do a job, and add the modules that are most relevant to their site.

Start with what the site actually needs, then add capability as customer demand and cash flow grow.

The three phases

Convert in stages, not all at once.

01

Digital & brand upgrade

KADO MART branding, POS and inventory integration, a KadoOnline listing, digital membership, click-and-collect and an assortment review. The shop keeps trading throughout.

02

Food, health & services

The GastroEatz food module, a smart fridge or freezer, healthcare vending, parcel services, and food and lifestyle merchandise. This is where footfall and basket size move.

03

Full smart hybrid operation

Self-checkout, automated replenishment, extended unmanned hours, KadoLive, a broader online marketplace and central performance dashboards.

Phasing, scope and timing depend on the site, the existing fit-out and regulatory approvals.

Where each kind of shop starts.

An existing minimart

Phase 1 first: brand, POS, inventory, KadoOnline and membership. The shelves keep selling while the systems change underneath.

An existing F&B outlet

Also Phase 1, but the kitchen already covers much of Phase 2, so the food module and the retail assortment move quickly.

An empty unit

Fitted as a new build, with the full format from opening day and the module mix chosen for the catchment.
